Dorothea knew that she'd never be caught asleep on the train!

Well after leaving you on such a cliffhanger yesterday I don't know where to start. Oh yeah we got off the ferry (into the land of Wales) and had a bit of time at Hollyhead lying on the floor (that was before Andy got everyone on the train early). On the train the "You don't have to go to sleep, but you do have to close your eyes and be silent" rule came into play giving everyone a good amount of sleep on the journey from Hollyhead to Birmingham New Street (why oh why did they make a really loud announcment thing on that train!).

At Birmingham New Street as well as saying goodbye to Katie there was time to sample the delights of the local shops including a WH Smith and a Italian style coffee place (which also did tea and hot chocolate), before we boarded the penultimate train - this time a virgin train from Brum to Exeter St.Davids. It was a very pleasent train and I can't remember much apart from listening to Dick and Dom who sent me to sleep and saying goodbye to Catherine at Bristol Parkway.

Arriving back at Exeter on good time we were able to get straight on the next train to Exmouth and mobiles went around and were used to inform parents that they soon would be arriving back. As everyone collected their children the leaders faces slowly lifted as the thought of a night's sleep in their own bed gave them something to smile about!

So the end of a fantastic week. See you next year?!
