One long train journey coming up - s'pose I should be grateful that it's not a super long Nationasl Express trip!

Wow, very busy day ahead, got to get going and shouldn't really be posting! Just heard from Pete and Av in Siera Leone, got Ziggy (the cat) begging for food and my washing to sort out before I leave (and even on the way I have to do some jobs involving a lot of walking with a large bag, which makes the whole experience so much more fun!).

Had a fun day yesterday doing some secret church stuff in the morning, meeting Helen in the afternoon, then having Katie around for dinner before an evening of Peter Kayage (!) at Abi's. Twas indeed most splendid. Need to start eating properly, it is the only thing hampering my efforts to be Miss World (along with fact that I'm a man, and I don't look good in a swimsuit!), the newspaper round is getting me fit - though is most definately contributing to the unsightly bags under my eyes. Talking of food I haven't yert eaten and strongly feel the urge to!
